We Tap Into Our Network

We tap into our network of trusted professionals - people who personally Vouch for the talent they know and back for your role.

  1. Upload the Role
    We upload your role to our platform with your detailed requirements and company-culture insights.
  2. Notify the Network
    Our Vouchers are notified when new opportunities go live and can browse the platform anytime to review open roles.
  3. Identify the Right Fit
    When a Voucher thinks of someone perfect for a role, they reach out to confirm that person’s interest.
  4. Submit the Referral
    Once interest is confirmed, the Voucher submits the referral details through our platform.
  5. Review & Screen
    We receive an alert, carefully review all referrals, and identify the strongest matches. We then connect with each potential candidate for a thorough screening.
  6. Share the Best
    Only when we’re confident in the quality and fit do we send the referral through to you.

Receive Shortlisted Referrals

Within days, you can potentially receive high-quality, shortlisted candidates backed by someone who knows them. Sometimes it takes longer, and other times we’ll let you know if our network couldn’t deliver - but we’ll never send a candidate we don’t personally back.

You Interview & Hire

Meet the candidates, conduct your normal interview process, and make your decision. When you find someone you want to offer the role to, that's when our package kicks in - simple, transparent, and success-based.
