We have access to leading psychometric tools and a registered Industrial Psychologist on our team. This means we can tailor assessments to suit each client’s needs – whether you want insights for selection, development, or team fit.

No. You only pay if you hire a candidate we submitted. There are no upfront costs or charges for accessing the network or testing our model.

Referrals are unpredictable. Sometimes we receive a few strong recommendations within days; other times, it may take longer – and in some cases, there might not be suitable referrals at all. We prioritise quality over speed, ensuring every introduction is genuinely worth your time.

We’re not a job board – our candidates are referred by trusted professionals in our network who would already have confirmed interest directly with the candidate. If you’re referred for a role, we’ll reach out directly to learn more about you and the opportunity that fits.

No, we don’t take direct applications. Our platform is powered by referrals – but if you’re curious or want to be part of the network, you’re welcome to reach out for guidance.

If someone in our network referred you, we’ll contact you to discuss the opportunity, understand your background and interests, and ensure there’s a genuine fit before sharing your details with the client.

Psychometric assessments help you understand your strengths, natural preferences, and ideal work environments. They’re powerful tools for self-awareness and can guide your career choices – even if you’re not actively looking for a new role.

You can ask your referrer to add you to the Vouched Talent Pool. That way, if a suitable opportunity arises, we can reach out and match you quickly.

Yes! Sign up on the Vouched App and start referring today.

You can refer someone directly through the Vouched App or by contacting our team. Once the candidate’s interest is confirmed, we take it from there.

Yes. If your referred candidate is hired, you’ll receive a referral fee after placement. The amount is linked to the specific role and always shared upfront.

Payment timelines are communicated upfront. It depends on the client, but your terms are the same as ours – when we get paid, you get paid. In most cases, this happens on the candidate’s start date or after their first month.

Not every referral results in a hire, but we keep adding value. If your referral isn’t selected, we add them to our talent pool and keep an eye out for future opportunities. When a suitable role comes up, we check in with both of you – and you still receive the referral fee if they’re hired later.

Yes. You can refer strong professionals to the Talent Pool or suggest people who might make great future Vouchers. If your referral is later hired for any role, you’ll still earn the reward.
