Before we launched Vouched, we first needed to see if the model truly worked. So, we helped a client fill four roles – using two approaches:

Recently, we submitted a candidate for a role with one of our clients. The initial response? “Not enough experience.” Fair enough – we respected that and continued with other candidates. The client also brought in a traditional agency to widen the search, which was a great idea since our referrals can be limited at times.
After several interviews, they still hadn’t found the right fit.
That’s when we circled back – not because we were pushing our own agenda, but because the Voucher (someone who had actually worked with the candidate) felt strongly that we were missing something.
