Our approach is simple – referrals are not utilised as much as it should be. But we are aware that the best candidate might not be referred, and needs to be found. With our offerings, we enable companies to find the best talent available and make the right decisions.

Each service works on its own, but they are designed to work better together. Clients combine referral recruitment with psychometrics for critical hires, or run referral recruitment alongside RPO to balance quality and coverage.

Our services are primarily success-based. For referral recruitment and RPO, you only pay when you hire. Other services, like the employee referral platform or psychometrics, can be used standalone depending on your needs. We’ll align the structure to your hiring model.

We will keep you updated as often as possible. If we do not believe we can deliver the right candidate through our network, we won’t waste your time. You’re then free to activate other channels immediately.

We start with our existing referred talent pool while simultaneously activating the network for new referrals. If suitable candidates already exist, you can expect a shortlist within a few days. Timelines for other services depend on the role, but we prioritise speed without compromising quality.
